    FAQ

Does a paid subscription give me an advantage?

No. Paid tiers provide no competitive advantage in this Challenge.

Can I participate if I'm not eligible for a prize?

Yes. You can still join the Challenge and appear on the leaderboard, but you will not be eligible to receive a prize.

    How are the winners determined?

After the Challenge ends, Bjorn Interactive verifies the final ranking and prize eligibility. The three highest-ranked eligible participants receive the prizes. If a higher-ranked participant is not eligible, the prize passes to the next eligible participant.

When will I receive my prize?

If you are provisionally in line for a prize, we contact you within 7 days after the Challenge ends. You then have 14 days to claim your prize and send us the information we need. Once your eligibility is verified, we place the order and arrange dispatch within 30 calendar days.
